Juicing-Fasting Diet
The juicing-fasting diet is a detoxification diet, which helps to detoxify the liver and gastrointestinal (GI) system from any toxins that may have accumulated over time.
The juicing-fasting diet claims that it helps to ease the pressure on the whole gastrointestinal system (from the oesophagus, through the stomach, to the small and large intestines) by allowing more simple foods to pass through it and so help cleanse it from any toxins or food build-up that hasnt been properly digested.

There are many forms of the juicing-fasting diet, from really dangerous ones which include strong laxatives and little real food, to more reasonable ones which recommend all fruits and vegetables, plus a few herbs and other items which have no nutritional or other vaue. These juicing or fasting diets that are available, have very little nutritional or health value and could be potentially harmful to people trying them, or at the very least have no long term effects.
The juicing-fasting diet that is discussed here is the one devised by Dr Sandra Cabot, a doctor who recommends detoxification of the liver as a path to good health. This juicing-fasting diet is one of the better ones.
