Many of us eat out at restaurants for lunch and dinner and the reasons can be as varied as: convenience, business or pleasure.

Eating out at restaurants does not need to be a guilty pleasure, there are many healthy meals available at many restaurants, you just need to be a little more vigilant about your meals and ask questions.

The best food choices are ones which are not drowned in saturated fats, but which are light, healthy and satisfying our hunger. Healthy does not mean lettuce leaves stuffed with some steamed vegetables, there are so many different options and the choices are endless.

This is the best place to find out which restaurant meals are the best and worst choices (in terms of health), but always remember to eat in moderation to avoid weight gain.
